 Xenward Changes Name To Xenvvard

Starting with the remaster/remix of the self-titled "Xenward" album, Xenward will now be known as Xenvvard.

After sustaining various injuries preventing the creation and quality of the music Xenward desired to create (along with world changes), Xenward (now Xenvvard) has decided to reboot with a slight name/logo change. These remasters/remixes are meant to mark that new beginning.

They have been remastered/remixed for "better" balance and perhaps to be easier to hear everything at certain parts. This does not mean Xenvvard is going to pack up the 4-track tape recorder and stop using lo-fi elements. You will hear those again in future releases. It is hoped that those that enjoyed the originals (or wanted to, but could not get past the noise) will appreciate these new versions. The never before posted lyrics are also available here.

Keep an eye on Xenvvard's page in the future for all new material. 

For those who are familiar with Grand Guignol, Xenvvard will be participating in that again within the year. The new Grand Guignol album will be posted on Centralia Records' Bandcamp page.

Upcoming Productions

Plans for new music is in the works! 

Grand Guignol plans to create the darkest, blackest Grand Guignol album to date. As usual, it will be mostly improvised and recorded live in the studio. It may take a few months before time in the studio is available though, so hopefully it will be ready this spring or summer. 

Xenward is also working on a little something. It will be a small revisit that hopefully the original fans will enjoy. If things go well, it may be ready sooner, but it's hard to predict these things. 

The newest band, Sordid God, is still active, however the debut album is on hold for now until after the new Grand Guignol is finished. 

Mocata is also still active, so expect more from him at some point. 

This blog is not always updated timely, so be sure to check the Bandcamp pages periodically for the new releases. It will be a little while though. 

The best place to check for updates is on Xenward's new Instagram page since it is the easiest way to post things... (probably should have made an account a long time ago).
